Dave Riller is a game designer working at Valve from march 1997.^[3]

BiographyEdit

On the previous version of Valve's official website, his function was described as follows: "Prior to joining Valve, Dave was an active developer in the on-line Quake community, and worked with id Software on the deployment of Quake World. For his day job, Dave was a program designer/analyst at MSI, a Windows software developer located on the East Coast. He also ran their website. Dave has been a beta tester for Doom 2, Hexen, Quake, and Warcraft II. In his virtually non-existent spare time, Dave is a pilot and musician."^[4]

On the current version of Valve's official website, his function is described as follows: "Dave started working on games in his spare time during the days of Doom and Quake. After catching the eye of Valve, Dave was lured from the east coast to work on Half-Life. Having added code writing to his bag of tricks, Dave now works tirelessly to improve the experience of every single die hard TF2 fan – that’s right, you know who you are. It’s all for you."^[5]
